There adjustable bolts holding your sliding door at the top and bottom. They maybe loose or the door may require adjusting. It's an easy fix.
Check your wheel bearings. Jack up the rear end a compare play in the bearings on each of the back wheels.
The antenna is inside the right rear window glass.
The antenna is sandwiched within the right rear window.
With the door open loosen the three bolts that hold the rear of the door onto the arm. Find out if it is striking high or low and gently move the door in the right direction a little bit at a time. Also check the bottom track for any obstructions.

The Poer Sliding module is loctaed in the Right rear quarter panel. You will have to remove the trim to access it.
It is located to the right of the serpentine belt, left of the intake manifold, directly above the water pump. It has two rods coming out of it and it electric controlled, not vacuum.
