If you are referring to the inside blower fan, check the resistor behind the glove box.
If the radiator fans do not work, check the relay on the bumper support as described above.
Have the cut-out tested and replaced as soon as possible. It's very likely that the problem is located there. It's not expensive to replace it, you can easily do it yourself I think.
Having that same problem right now, mechanic says it is the power control module. Battery was checked and is fine, but starter does not engage, neither does fuel pump. Good Luck! Hope that helps.

just bcuz you brought it new doesn't mean it can not be defective take it back to the seller and have it checked this problem happens very often because alternators are not new anymore they are remain parts
