2003 Montana temperature gage doesn't get halfway up heater temperature is fine cooling fans don't run What is the problem Flushed system and changed thermostat 195 degrees. Please advise.?

You dont have a problem. Fans dont turn on until about 3/4 gauge. May turn on sooner with AC on.

Hi there, if you have flushed any engine and have changed thermostate there are only two options that are left; (providing that there are no leaks) 1. the thermostat is faulty / 2. your water pump is broken and needs to be replaced

Check the temp sender and make sure the wiring is connected. How long has it been since the thermostat was changed and the coolant was flushed? You might try those...or at least a thermostat change. The coolant level is too low, and/or there is not enough water mixed with the coolant.
