Start with basics. Check that it is getting good strong blue spark by removing a spark plug and installing a spark tester, follow manufacturer instructions. Check that it is getting fuel. If both of these are occurung you should locate a shop manual for the vehicle and fpllow the no start troubleshooting procedures.
If dash warning lights are all flashing rapidly, and you can hear relays in the dash clicking on & off, and engine will not crank, replace the ignition switch. Not the actual key switch, but the electronic portion behind that in the steering column.
Not much info to go on but, the engine needs fuel, compression and spark to run. My guess is you are missing one of those.
Check the battery. Seems odd but give it a jump and it should start.

If it turns over slowly like a dead battery it could be a bad starterIt if turns over normally, but hard starting, could be fuel injectors leaking
Seat screws (Do not over tighten) then back out 1 1/2 turns (good starting place) then adjust 1/4 of turn until you get the best idle
I have owned Regals of many years...and when the crankshaft ignition sensor is going bad the car will not start...just turns over... when it is hot. If you let it cool it will start right up...over time it gets worse and more frequent until it won't start at all! Good luck!
Check the battery. Seems odd but give it a jump and it should start.
Check for worn rings, or running a very rich condition Fuel mixed in the engine oil is never good, it impairs the oil's ability to lubricate the engine, so whatever the problem turns out to be, fix it sooner than later, it'll be cheaper in the long run.
You should start your signal as soon as you start to slow down for the turn. Therefore, turns at higher speed are notified sooner than turns at lower speed. Source: BMW Driving School

The First. Considering you will understand the series more if you follow it from the beginning.
Press L1 as the light at the beginning turns green and you should boost ahead a bit
Sounds like you have a bad rack and pinion unit.
the anti theft device disables the car from starting. you should be able to pull a fuse on it, or by pass it, but until you do the car should not start.
