Normal operation. You may have been accelerating on a slippery/snowy surface and that system stops you from loosing control of vehicle. It is the traction control system preventing your wheels from spinning out.

By warning lights, do you mean the "check engine" light? If so, you can take it to an auto parts store (i.e. Advanced, Autozone, etc.) and they have a scan tool that they can clear it with. They shouldn't charge you for it. However, if you have a problem that is causing the light to come on, it will just come back on. There's a lot of information on the internet about removing the battery cable for 10 minutes to one day, removing the ECU fuse in the fuse box, etc. However, this did not work on my 2001 RX300. Also, if you fix whatever is causing your light to come on, it should eventually go off after you drive it for a while.
