From what little I understand, your AC works, but not well, the AC clutch is engaging and the AC is removing moisture from the cabin air. You want to know why the AC air is not Colder - is that about it?
If so, there are several commonly occurring problems that, from most to least likely, go like this: Freon Charge is low. (2) air blend door is not operating propertly, (3) cabin air filter is stopped up (from not being changed), AC condenser is clogged with dirt, bugs or trash.
Do the easiest first: Check the condenser for being stopped up with dirt, bugs or trash (it's in front of your radiator), check the cabin air filter (check your owner's manual for location but it's probably located around the passenger side windshield wiper base. The blend door you probably won't be able to check yourself, nor the charge in the AC system.
The MOST LIKELY cause is a low charge on freon. R-134A (93 and later vehicles) has VERY small molocules and leaks easily; much more so than the older R-12. Liquid sealer is available at auto parts stores.
