I assume you would have to have the multi function switch changed
On my 1977 Mustang , every time I used my signal light , my wipers would
stop ( when it was raining at night it got a little scary )
On my 1995 Ford Explorer , two of my intermittent wiper positions stopped working , and I would have to push my windshield washer button three times before actually getting any washer fluid
Most of the Ford vehicles I have owned I have been happy with , but as you can tell these multi function switch problems have been happening for years .
On a 2000 Ford Crown Victoria : The fuel pump inertia switch ( shut off switch ) is in the trunk , behind the trunk liner on the drivers side ( there is an access hole )
On a 2001 Ford Crown Victoria : The air suspension switch is in the trunk , on the drivers side ( there should be a label beside the switch )
You probably have a faulty multi-function(turn siganl) switch.
on my 98 crown vic you have to push in the head light switch
on top of the column
The 199x and newer Crown Vics have a door position sensor not a Pin Switch. Hope this helps! Radioman
The 1987 Ford Crown Victoria fuel pump relay switch can be found on the firewall in the engine compartment. The relay switch will be on the drivers side of the firewall.
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1997 Ford Crown Victoria hazard lights switch. Remove the hazard light switch retaining screws. Reverse the process to install your new hazard light switch.
go to the mecanics
The 1998 Ford Crown Victoria windshield wiper relay switch can be found on the firewall in the engine compartment. The windshield wiper relay switch will be on the passenger side of the firewall.
Inside the steering column cover ( the turn signal lever and hazard flasher button stick out of the steering column cover )
If you are talking about the fuel pump reset switch, they are usually in the trunk.
