Neither on the p0010 the intake cam accuator circuit is at fault. Ohm accuator 15-35 ohms intake on top valve cover
Camshaft sensor interrupter will send that code.
if there is no camshaft position sensor then why am i getting codes for it and how do i eliminate those codes?
The camshaft position sensor is an integral part of the distributor. If codes and tests indicate that it is faulty, the distributor must be replaced. Last I looked a cheap one was $1,500.
Here's the technical description of the p0340-344 diagnostic trouble codes: P0340 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction P0341 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Performance P0342 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Low Input P0343 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit High Input P0344 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Intermittent Obviously, the camshaft position sensor (CPS) is the probable source of the problem. See "Related Questions" below for more about the CPS
Trouble code P0340 means: Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit (Bank 1 or single sensor)
Just reset your computer after replacing the O2 sensor.
You need to clear the codes with a engine scanner.
A bad camshaft position sensor will cause a engine to run very rough or not run at all. Replacing the camshaft sensor is very complicated.

My 1998 Malibu had the same problem. The reason that it is on is because your brake sensor is located in your wheel bearing, and most likely your wheel bearing is worn out. I replaced both front wheel bearings and the ABS light is no longer on.
Most likely wheel speed sensor problem - either broken wire or a problem with the sensor/hub. To find out which one, you need to read the ABS codes.
