Two biologists who employed the microscope was Anton VonLeeuwenhoke, and Robert Hooke. Another biologist is James Watson or Francis Crick.
i am not sure of what kind of microscope you need, but not something cheap at all, i can remember that i did this on a really cheap one a couple of years ago, a normal stereo microscope (optic) should work fine ;3
A light microscope is an optical microscope. That differentiates it from an electron microscope, a quantum mechanical tunneling microscope and others.
There are 17 parts of a microscopes.
a compound lens microscope should do the trick
The three main parts of the microscope are the Mechanical parts, Magnifying parts and the Illuminating parts.

That depends on the type of microscope you are using, so check the lab you work or go to school in. At my lab, our microscopes have 4x, 10x, 40x, 100x magnification lenses.
The 3 major parts of microscope are illuminating, magnifying & mechanical .
there are 3 or more objectives in a compound microscope
If you have sims 3 ambition expansion pack you can be self employed.
