yes, but the way to do this is very difficult and you can't connect your laptop wirelessy while you connect your ds to the laptop.

Press it, and manually fill the fields listed (ie: Name, APN, Proxy, etc.). The Network Name should be whatever service provider you are using. The APN is that service provider's APN...you will need to search the internet as to what it is. The Dial Number should be what came with the dongle.
