The Mitsubishi dealer will be the only place to get the right part. It will run about $80.00. Your local parts shops will try and convince you it doesn't have a solenoid and sell you a fuel pressure regulator instead. They are definitely different and if your CEL is indicating P1105, you definitely need a Fuel Pressure Solenoid. It is located on the drivers side firewall and has a vacuum hose connected to the fuel pressure regulator. Yes it does if you have the right code showing on your computer it will trigger vacuum pressure difference
The Dodge Stratus should solenoid can be found on the side of the transmission. The shift solenoid will be on the right side. The shift solenoid should be labeled as such.
On the head right by the Vtec Solenoid. It is actually a little below of the solenoid to the left. It has 1 wire pluged in to it. On the head right by the Vtec Solenoid. It is actually a little below of the solenoid to the left. It has 1 wire pluged in to it.
I assume you mean the starter solenoid. It is mounted right on the starter itself.
Starter solenoid, typical position for Fomoco cars.
by right side shock tower...... both fittings are about 5'' apart....keep following low side pressure line from firewall and you see they T-off by shock tower.
get a big girl It is the low brake pressure switch1 There is plainty on ebay. It is in the right front side near radiator. Above it, there is a sphere with gas (sometime it is this too) But on mine it was the switch!
The starter solenoid is mounted directly to the starter. Just follow the positive battery cable from the battery, it will lead you right to the starter solenoid.
The 2002 Kia shift solenoid is located on the back of the transmission. The shift solenoid will be in the upper right-hand corner of the transmission.
The Jaguar XJ6 that has dual tanks holds 10 gallons in each tank. There is a tank change solenoid right below the power radio antenna in the trunk. The solenoid may be replaced with a similar solenoid or the solenoid can be replaced with a tee. This will allow the gas to equalize in both tanks. The down side of the tee is that you must still fill both tanks as the gas cannot equalize as fast as one tank is filled. You must also remember that the gas gauge is indicating the gas level of both tanks. Older tanks may have a lot of rust in them. Rock Valley Auto had replacement tanks at a reasonable cost compared to cleaning the old tanks. Mel
Starter Solenoid? Its on the starter itself. Right side of engine. Connects to the transmission. Usually seen thru the right tire wheel well.
