You say the fuel pump works but does it pump the required pressure of 41 to 47 psi? You may want to have a pressure test done.

You may need to check the path of gas from the tank to the carb. It could be a faulty fuel pump, a clogged fuel filter.

You have no fuel pressure. Need to run fuel pressure test with a gauge. Pressure should be 55 to 62 LBS PSI. If less then 55 PSI then it will not start, must be 55 or more.
