91 Chevy Beretta starts runs but when you slow down it starts to jurk and tries to quit and it does quit when you come to a stop restarts fine but when put into gear it quits Nertral runs fine?

Sounds like the Torque Converter Lockup Solenoid is bad. To verify this, disconnect the solenoid and see if it then stops stalling. If so the solenoid needs replacing. You can drive it with it disconnected although your fuel mileage will go down.Where is it located and how do you disconect it ?
