the redline on a tercel 91 fuel-injected model is 5,200 rpm, at 5,800 it will limit,
you must remove the grill and the bezel that surrounds the light.

Yes you can, but I recommend max 60 % e85 and 40 % petrol. Be aware that e85 may "kill" your filter. so change that one first.

Ive only once had a problem with foggy windows, but I was told to wash the interior windows with winter windshield washer and they will never fog up or freeze.
