91 jeep Cherokee headlight problems lights are very dim and when high beams are turned on they almost go out they do turn on but very dim almost nothing any ideas?

Sounds like you have a bad ground issue with this vehicle,possibly a bad headlight switch.Checking for either will take experience and a wiring schematic.Good luck! ** Also check you battery. Sometimes turning on lights will strain a weak battery.
