I have an 89' S-10 Blazer with the 4.3 V6.
I have this exact same problem, it ran fine in warm weather but when it sat in the cold for a few days, it refuses to fire up afterwards. And once it does, it runs poor.
I replaced spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor and bought a new battery.
Still have this problem.
Someone told me thermostat sensor, but I'm sick of wasting money!
Help us both!
