A blown fuse would cause the hazard lights not to work on the 1994 Ford F150. It could also be blown bulbs causing the lights not to work.
Check bulbs they are double filamented with the larger being for tailights Check the parking/tailight fuse Could be a bad switch Check sockets for power/ground
If the left or right bulbs light up but don't blink, replace the flasher. If none of the bulbs light up, check the fuse. If one or more bulbs are not lighting up, replace the bulbs.
I experienced this problem when I first brought my used '98 Expy home. I searched Ford Forums and found that the latches seem to get stuck in either of the doors (i.e. drivers. passenger and hatch) I sprayed W40 on the inside opening of the door latches and in the actual latch itself and slammed my door several times and to my delight, the lights went out (interior and running board as well. ( # 41 ) - 20 amp mini fuse - cigar lighter , diagnostic connector power according to the owners manual
disconnect the battery for a few minutes, reconnect and start it. if there is no problem, the light will stay off
if it is a tilt wheel,be sure the overdrive cancel button wiring on the shifter isn't chafing on the steering column.remove the ignition switch and the 3 screws securing tie column cover and check for chafing.
no both systems have a separate flasher

I own a ford f150 and my tail lights are not working, but my brake work. What could wire or what could be causing that.
A bad ground wire is the most common cause of turn signals and brake lights not working. The ground wire connection might be corroded.
Check the fuses to start with. Make sure that the dimmer switch is on high and working. If these are ok, then check for bad wiring connections to the dash lights.
Brake switch.
