Brake switch.
There should be a fuse for the brake lights. If the fuse is good always check the ground wire.
It may be a defective brake light switch. The location of the brake lights fuse is listed in your owner's manual.
I tried all the fuses, the parts that under the brakes I checked that. All lights come on and working except the brake lights no break lights.
Please re-phrase your question; it appears you are saying the brake lights come on when you push the brake pedal and the lights are working (normal operation). If the lights are staying on after you release the pedal, then the problem is with th brake light switch (sticking). Thanks Malcolm
It is important to have working brake lights on a vehicle. If the brake lights are not working a person should first check the fuse, bulbs and at last the wiring.

Fuse 7 controls the brake lights. It should be a red 10amp fuse.
