check the cooling fan relay, located under the hood on the drivers side wheel well. in my 95 lx this has burt out had to be replaced to get the fan to work

If all the bulbs are good and the fuse is good meaning the lights light up. first check the flasher if it is good the only thing it can be is the clockspring under the stering wheel this controls turn signals aswell as cruise and other function.
