96 Chevy lumina is there a turn signal flasher as well as the 4-way flasher you found under the drivers side?

The 4 way flasher is usually installed in the fuse box and the turn signal flasher is mounted next to the steering column on the right side. Most late 80s and 90s GM vehicles are this way. However, I am not 100% certain on your car.
