I answered myself after reviewing the whole car. After a new MAFsensor I double checked the vaccum lines and some were cracked. I also change the PCV valve and the car in running like new. This also has helped with the the car jerking once you take the peddal and accelerate it again. I have learned by spending lots of money. So take advise and don't spend as much as I did.
