If you already tried replacing the bulbs the rear tail light assembly itself may be At Fault. There are of poor design. Our fleet at work had several of those trucks and almost every one had the tail light assemblies replaced. The dealer can get you those parts.
More than likely you have a burnt out bulb at the front signal light, rear signal light, or brake light on the right side.
Check to see if the brake lamp and turn signal lamp are the same bulb. If so, its a bad bulb. See sources and related links below to lookup bulb information.
if the front signal is working and the back doesn't, the light is probably blown.
