96 gmc 2500 and the right rear turn signal and brake light is not working The front one does Can anyone help you?

If you already tried replacing the bulbs the rear tail light assembly itself may be At Fault. There are of poor design. Our fleet at work had several of those trucks and almost every one had the tail light assemblies replaced. The dealer can get you those parts.

More than likely you have a burnt out bulb at the front signal light, rear signal light, or brake light on the right side.
