Check the fuse under the dash that's labeled SP Alt. It supplies voltage to the alternator, so it can produce power. On my 98 it's a 7.5amp
When the battery light is on. That means your charging system isn't working. You should have your system check. It will drain your battery.
Replaced the battery in the remote.
It means something is wrong with your charging system. Can be a loose of corroded battery cable, defective alternator or a battery with a dead short.

If you've replaced all that, and the battery is still dying overnight, it would seem you have a short somewhere. You'll probly have to take it to someone who specializes in auto wiring to get them to find it.
Altenator is not charging battery!!
Your distributor might need to be replaced. Answer #2: Check for loose or corroded cable connections at the battery posts; also, a loose belt could be the problem.
The 2005 comes with a five digit (all numbers) code. After the battery is replaced, turn on the radio. The radio should show "Code." Simply punch in the five numbers on the turning buttons and the radio will immediately start working.
There is a problem with the charging system. More than likely the alternator is failing.

Dead cell in the battery requiring it be replaced or something is on pulling power from the battery. Some light or relay.
