it should be the fuel pump reset switch or if you have air ride shocks it could be to turn off air pump I found out that it will disable the switch to open the trunk that is located inside the vehicle. To make the vehicle secure while you leave the ignition key with a parking attendant. etc.
u could have a bad blower moter or a bad fan switch , try turning it on and hit the blower moter with something & it might turn on the one in my truck sometimes doesn't work & i tell my kids to kick it & it starts working.
