Well, my advice to such a girl is to eat light foods like fruits in the morning, heavy foods at night and very light food for dinner(dinner should not be eatin after 7pm). More of vegetables( fresh) and a whole lot of exercise,well in dat case you might want to see a therapist. Sports like walking, swimming, dancing u know, outdoor nd indoor activities and that will do d trick
