A 92 Ford Taurus stays idled for a minute in park and shuts off?

my 1992 Ford Taurus quit running and it would take a few minutes to start,but i noticed when it would die and i turned the key forward i couldn't hear the fuel pump. I replaced the integrated control modual-icm,and i never had a problem again.
