A Sr coworker assaulted me several times so far and he is trying to ruin my work so I get kicked out of the company. I do not want to go to human recourses so what should I do I am new in the company?

The law (at least in Canada) for sexual harrassment is extremely serious and generally the victim wins! Go to your Superior and discuss this problem with him/her. Let them know you want this to be dealt with discreetly. Meaning, either the person is transferred, sent to another department or is fired. You can bet this waste of skin has a past history of doing this and there is a possibility he has been reported before and warned before. Take the risk! If your Superior doesn't clean the mess up within two days then phone Human Resources. They are there to help you, not make you lose your job. There is no doubt your boss will want this mess cleaned up pronto because you could legally take the company to court for turning a blind eye to the matter. No one has the right to assault you and you need to stand up and do something about it. I did and the guy was fired out the door faster than he came in! == ==

Be very wary of labeling people. Just because a male coworker may have effeminate mannerisms doesn't mean he is gay. However, if he is then he may feel lonely and just wants to be your friend. Many gay men have several female friends because they are more comfortable with them. Cut him some slack and be pleasant to him and get to know him a little better. If he's gay it's sure not love he's after.
