The very best thing for you to do is come out clean to your best friend. Then, go to this boy, (if you are brave enough) and talk to him, see what you can get out about him, get him to talk about himself, and maybe it will turn out you don't like his personality, and, maybe you think hes better for your friend. And. if your best friend doesn't believe what you told her/him, then its really not a best Friend, if they don't understand.
