Maybe. She could just be complimenting to. You would have to do more backround checking on her first. Maybe go talk to her or ask her friend if she said anything. Make sure you note the body language. If there lying but are embarrised about it they will blush or stammer or even look down to the floor or away from you. If whoever your trying to get the information out(Lets say the friend of the one girl) of just starts to tell you eveything and even saying the embassing things the girl said (the one that talked about the eyes) to you, then the friend likes you too she is just making a fool out of everyone and not herself.
