Increase the body temperature.
It all depends on what kind of exercise you're going to be doing. As for me, when I arrive at the gym, I'll start with running a few rounds, say about ten, or maybe just for five minutes in total. Another important thing to do is stretch, like touching your toes, or maybe doing a quick yoga session since it's important you loosen up your body before any kind of workout.
