When I started my 95 Villager the ABS light was on so I turned off the engine now it wont even crank but I can jumper the solenoid and start it but the ABS light is on so whats wrong?

Sounds like you have a wheel sensor out and the ABS is not working so the traction control system shuts off as it can not control that wheel.

If the oil level is fine, your oil level sensor or the sensor wiring is malfunctioning. Same for the ABS system. Check ABS fuses.

Not totally sure, is it just the ABS light, or is the ESP light also going on/off? Could be a faulty stop lamp switch located on the brake pedal, or could be something going on the the SBC system? If the ABS lights has come on though, there should be a code in the system.
