Was Luke the only person who didn't know Jesus to wrote a book in the bible?

We first have to assume that you mean the New Testament, as the Old Testament was written long before the time of Jesus, so, apart from prophesies about him, Jesus is not mentioned, or known, by any of the authors. In the New Testament, all the books with the exception of Mark and Luke's gospels and the letter to the Hebrews were written by people who had met or knew Jesus in person. There are those accredited to disciples (eg John, Peter, Matthew and Jude) and of course many letters written by Paul, that were written by people who had had an encounter with jesus. John Mark - the probably author of Mark's gospel, is an enigmatic figure. Some believe that he was one of the '72' whom Jesus sent out to surrounding villages to prepare for his visits - and, if true, would mean that he had known Jesus. However, some equate him with an early Church leader and friend of Paul, John Mark, and, if so, it is ncertain whether or not he would have met Jesus. Luke, however, was a Gentile doctor and not a Jew. A friend of Paul, he had never met Jesus bit was commissioned, as a learned man, to write down systematically and accurately the history surrounding Jesus (Luke's gospel) and the early Church (the book of Acts). Many believe that through Paul he had access to Peter and John and hence to Mary (as John took her into his home afyer Jesus' execution) and so in Luke we have the birth stories as a result. Although the letter to the Hebrews has been atributed to Paul by some, it is unlikely to have been written by him. The actual writer is unknown. Therefore we cannot say whether or not the author knew Jesus.

What was the life span during the New Testament times?

As illustrated in the story of Superman and the Gospels, men left home when their fathers died. One potential disciple of Jesus actually told him that he would follow Jesus after his father died i.e. "... permit me first to bury my father." In Luke 12:52, Jesus does not mention the grandfather as part of the family members that reside under the same roof; it is father, mother, son, daughter, and father's mother. Alfred Edersheim makes the case that Jesus' baptism was in A.D. 26 making Jesus 30 years old when his public ministry began and traditionally soon after Joseph died. This places the death of Joseph at age 46 to 56 years. This made it unlikely that the average man in New Testament times would see his grandchildren. If Joseph were average, he would not have seen his grandchildren either and this age range would be typical for Joseph's male contemporaries.

How did Jesus become a Nazarene?

The earliest New Testament gospel to be written was Mark's Gospel, which (in the original Greek language) only refers to Jesus as a Nazarene and never mentions Nazareth as his home town. These references are typically translated into English as 'Jesus of Nazareth', but this does not reflect the original manuscripts. We do not know why Mark refers to Jesus in this way, but it may be that Jesus was associated with the sect known as the Nazarenes.Matthew's Gospel was apparently written in the 80s of the first century, and was substantially based on Mark's Gospel. Its author chose to identify Jesus with Nazareth, so that Matthew 2:23 says, "And he came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, He shall be called a Nazarene." There is no known Old Testament reference to which the author could have been referring and his 'prophets' is more likely to be a reference to Mark's Gospel. In any case, this is an explanation why the young family settled in Nazareth, not why Jesus was called a Nazarene.

Will Jesus be in the Celestial heaven according to Mormonism?

Yes. According to the doctrine of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church), there are three levels or kingdoms of heaven, the Celestial, Terrestrial, and Telestial. The Celestial Kingdom is the highest, and is the eternal home of God the Father and Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ has the ability to visit those in the Terrestrial kingdom, but his home is the Celestial Kingdom at the right hand of His Father, God.

Is Mary a model of christian discipleship in Luke's Gospel and the Acts of the Apostles?

There are several Mary's in the New Testament. The Mary I believe you are referring to is not Jesus mother but rather Mary who often ministered to Jesus when he came to her home. She continued to be a great servant of His after He ascended back to Heaven. There were several Marys who were great servants of Jesus.
