Use the half moon key, sold at Honda dealers for $5. Place on the holes that are drilled at the bottom of the chrome shock. Adjust to the lowest number.
Use your spark plug wrench to adjust your rear suspension
if you take apart your head gasket and then replace the oil pump then you might not even have to adjust your suspension
you don't computer controlled, or replace the suspension (shudder) expensive.
there is no way to adjust the ride height other then aftermarket suspension parts
The 1990 Honda Accord has front and rear strut assemblies. It is also a rear independent suspension (IRS). The Accord does/will need 4-wheel alignments for routine maintenance and or when replacing certain steering-suspension components
28 psi front, 36 rear.
The Honda Shadow Spirit, recommends 29 psi in the front tire and 32-36 psi in the rear tire.
i'm not an expert on this..but i heard that brakes self adjust.

you unlock the lock collar at the top and take all the wait off the back suspension then just adjust the lower ring thebn tighten the lock collar back down
