1. The flashing check engine means DO NOT DRIVE AT ALL and must be turned of by a scan tool 2. A glowing manifold means DO NOT DRIVE AT ALL 3. You probably installed the wires incorrectly check the firing order per the repair manual start the car and put your hand by the tail pipe and have someone give it gas there should be alot of pressure leaving the exhaust if not replace catalytic converter
