if the fan motor isn't working, the fan motor has likely got a loose connection of some sort. if the fan does work but the reguler vents don't you might have something blocking them.
plugs at around 100,000 miles. blow out or replace the air filter. replace the fuel filter.

Any of the following can cause this......... 1. Bad a/c - heater controller.. 2. Bad a/c - heater controller inside door operation.. 3. Bad, broken or cracked vacuum line/lines..
If air blows from defroster only, the vacuum line to the blend door may be broken. You can access most of it under the hood.
Either the a/c system is low on freon or the evaporator has an internal restriction....
