Bad horn?
Bad relay?
Bad horn switch?
Check the fuse. If it is good, run 12 volts directly to the horn. If it does not blow, replace it. If it does, look for a short, broken or loose connection.
It could be the relay or the fuse or the horn itself. Or, it could be all three!
Check the fuse, and all connections to the horn. If you find nothing wrong, then apply 12 volts directly to the horn. If it blows the horn is good, and the horn switch may be bad. If it does not blow, visit your local salvage yard for a used horn. dont think the fuse in the fuse panel is the only one for the horn... in the relay center under the hood there is a horn fuse as well, that was where mine was blown. good luck
If its the horn in the Soccer Teams Then remove all your clothes equip the horn open the thing that is located in your lower left the with dance and then there will be a new icon that u use to blow the horn.

At the day of judgment he will blow the horn. All muslims should be able to prove Allah is real because when Christians go they will see Allah,
Blow the horn.
More than likely a stuck horn relay.
Check the fuse, Check the connect to the horn and make sure its not corroded. Then if all that is good you need to take the horn off steering wheel. If you have airbags, you will need to disable them first.
Does it blow all the time or not work at all If it blows all the time it's the horn relay which is located on the horn it self horns from the dealer are expensive Mine's 58$ YOU might also have a blown fuse in the under the hood fuse box If the horn circuit is any thing at all like my sw2 the relay or horn wire has 3 wires one should be hot the other two are switched and a ground as far as I can figure out Good luck doug ----------- Just did this in wife's 1999 SL2. Watch this video for details. Total time less than 10 minutes to replace. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltiNuHdKeIg jim
it is something beside a fuse,it would not work at all with a blown fuse
If your Geo is like mine (a 1997 Metro) there is no fuse for the horn. There is a relay located on the top of the fuse box, it is the second one back from the firewall. To locate it put your hand above the fuse box, push the horn button and you will hear and feel a clicking sound. If you hear and feel the click the relay needs to be replaced. They simply unplug like a fuse.
