You should avoid non pasterized foods, foods high in nitrates like cold cuts, some shellfish, all meats should be well done, no raw meats or shellfish and above all wash all vegetables and fruits. That is all I can think of. I'm telling you what my doctor told me and what I read in books. Try what to expect when you're expecting. Great book.
