I have. It all depends on how much effort you are willing to give, I added a 5 point rollbar mounted seatbelt to my 76 CJ-5. (5 points are better than three.) I am assuming that you have a welder, (got a Jeep, need a welder.) I first bought the belts, then I ordered racing seats with the seatbelt holes. I welded a tubular seat frame from oneside to the other and tied it into the front rollbar with side bars. Next I welded a bar to the existing rollbar horizontally about 2.5 feet down from the top bar. Then I welded mounting tabs to that for my shoulder harnesses. The seat frame gave me many locations to weld tabs to for the lap belts. the sub belt mounted to the seat frame near the floor.
