foreign cars last longer like Toyota, Honda Acura those cars last forever my dad is a car dealer and i have seen alot of cars come and go but you don't see many chevorlet's with 250-300,000 miles on them
Actually, the reason why you "Do not see many Chevorlets or other American cars with 300.000 miles on them" is very simple - Many American cars are not able to show 300,000 miles! When my Camaro had traveled 250.000 trouble free miles, the odometer showed only 50,000 miles!
I have found that V-8 American cars last much, much, longer and require much less maintainence than any foreign car, and many people, might be surprised by what good mileage they achieve. I got 30 MPG on the highway in my old V-8 Camaro. Take a look around you. How come one is unable to observe many 5 year-old foreign cars? Ask yourself "If they last so long how come there are so few OLD FOREIGN CARS still being driven around?" Most of the foreign cars you'll see on the road are less than 5 years old!
cuz ur gay
In 2010, about 44 percent of cars on American roads were of foreign manufacture. Japanese automaker Toyota sells more foreign cars in the US than any other company.
They are not dumb at all, they are usually more efficient but also smaller. It is some American concept to call everything from other countries dumb if we produce it. This is the average ignorant American view on foreign cars.
Depends on the make but if you want good reliability buy a TOYOTA
Foreign cars become more expensive.
Honestly, it's just a matter of saying the manufacturer is based overseas. In the US, Toyotas are foreign cars, even though a lot of them have more US manufactured components than the "American" cars do.
its not foreign if you are from such a country. you should really be more specific ;)
Domestic cars tend to be more expensive than foreign cars to fix, and they seem to break down more frequently. Although, mechanics tend to charge more to repair a foreign vehicle.
Toyota, foreign cars in my opinion are better than American. Foreign cars last longer and American breaks down alot. My dad has a 2003 Toyota Camry with 290,000 miles on it. He has not had to repair or fix anything, except the oil of course. They are more dependable. My family member had a ford, a month later the radiator went out. And it was a 2006. So go with the Toyota. :D
The price of American cars would stay the same. The price of Japanese cars would go up, causing more people to buy American cars. That's what tariffs are for. ... But, with American cars then being more affordable than Japanese cars, wouldn't demand increase on American cars and decrease on Japanese cars? The former would mean that US automakers start increasing pricing and the latter would mean that the Japanese automakers need to lower prices.
Cars that are not produced in India are more expensive in India as The Government of India wants people in India to buy Indian cars which are cheaper.
Ameriacan cars have more pollution are cars are not as good as other car in japan and china to.
