Depends entirely on the horse. At a stable I rode at, there was an Arab stud who always acted like a hot head and gave everyone a hard time and was constantly screaming at mares. However, there was also a black Arab stud who was so calm that his would come to the gate, the horse would come, and she could ride him around with nothing but a halter and lead rope. The average horse, thought, is a little more high-strung than most horses.

Are Arabs as mad as people say thay are?

No way! I used to have a beautiful chestnut Arab mare, and i cantered her around her field every day with no saddle or bridle! She never spooked once, and we entered multiple competitions with no problems whatsoever. They are definetely not as mad as they are made out to be!

When do horses get mad?

Horses get mad when they are being treated or ridden poorly, when they are under attack from a predator and cannot flee, when their space is invaded by another animal or horse they do not like or when being challenged by another horse. Some horses will also become mad when they are faced with a problem they do not understand.

Can a horse get mad when separated from the herd?

Most breeds of horses are very social and prefer to stick with other horses or a herd. Trained horses can be stubborn and disobedient when seperated. In the wild, stallions are territorial and probably get mad is removed from their herd. Hope this helps!
