There are many different "brands" of Baptists, so this question cannot be authoritatively answered in a universal sense. That being said, the largest Baptist Denomination in the United States are the Southern Baptist who definitely allow their men to cut their hair. Yes. The practice of not cutting hair was an Old Testament sign of extreme devotion to God performed by a special social class of Israelites known as the Nazerenes, of which the most famous of was Samson. I have heard of no examples of this being continued in modern day times.
what kinda of a question is this ?? LOL Muslims are people too and can cut their hair anytime they want but i think your mis-understanding the people here its Sikh or Punjabi men who arent allowed to cut their hair and have to keep growing them forever.... but on the other hand I am Muslim and get a hair cut, what every 4 weeks ;)
Ah yes they do cut their hair, but if your wondering why some of them keep long hair like the Muslims in Afghanistan and Chechnya is because all of the Prophets/messengers of God Had long hair so did Mohammed Pbuh
Yes, some men have hair. Some men decide not to cut it that often. So men have hair if they want to.
In general and from my experience, men usually get their hair cut once every 4 weeks.
Their are plenty of men who like short hair, red hair. long hair. Yes men will like your hair cut. So get your hair styled and you will be a cut above the rest.
With scissors.
The difference between a hair salon and a barber is that normally a barber will cut Men's hair and give them shaves. A hair salon usually is for woman who will get their hair washed, cut, blown, permed, styled or colored. However, many men do get their hair cut at hair salons, it is not only for women.

Yes woman are allowed to use razor blades as well as men allowed to use them. In Islam the removal of eyebrows, eyelashes, and hair on the head is not allowed for woman.(They may cut their hair to shorten it, but should do it with the permission of their husband/father.) Men may not cut their beards, eyelashes, and eyebrows. Every other hair on the body is permissible to cut. However, the eyebrows may be trimmed only in the case of uni-brows where it may be regarded as unnatural. Any questions ask me at: serendipity1206@hotmail.com Jazakumullah Khair

The Nazirines.
It doesn't. Its simply because men cut they're hair short and we grow it out.
