yes Italians are very white....all the people that say otherwise are not educated....also Italians are indigenous to Europe so they ARE WHITE...also yes they are considered white by the Anglo Saxons
No
Italians are generally considered to be Caucasians.
Hispanics are people of Spanish descent. Italians are not of Spanish descent. Therefore, Italians are not Hispanics. Italians may be classified as white, depending on what you consider white to mean. From a check-the-box perspective, Italians probably fall within the white/non-hispanic category.
Because.
most of us are pissed of that some of us don't consider themselves as white. Italians are white. it is not uncommon to have blonde hair blue eyes and light skin. sicilians are not Italians.
As of the latest census data, the ratio of Black to White Americans in the United States is approximately 3:7. This means that for every three Black Americans, there are approximately seven White Americans.
According to the 2010 US Census, there are 231,040,398 white people living in America.
Yes, of course Italians are western Europeans and are considered white (caucasian), even the swarthy ones. Historically many Italians who came to the United States were considered "off-white" or swarthy and often discriminated for their Catholic faith as well. However, first of all, not all Italians are dark haired, dark eyes. In fact, around half of all Italian in Italy according to a survey by Cavalli-Sforza has light eyes (blue, green, hazel) and that the majority of Italians (85%) do NOT have Black hair, but rather brown, and a blonde minority (10%).
According to one contributor, "White Brothers Of America is a group started in Illinois around 2009/2010 to protect the white race from hate crimes." It appears to be a white supremacist organization that considers Hitler a hero.
She is white/Italian Italians are also considered Mexican so you could say shes white/Italian
Its not like a melting pot as America is so Italians are straight up Italians they have ties to Mexico, Spain, France (basicly anything with a "romantic" language romantic meaning "Roman" which of course Rome is in Italy) The culture and stuff tho is more relative to Spain but the ethnicity is white if it has to be called a color but Italians genes can make some of them darker with a bit of sun trust me I tan so easily its crazy
about 73% of America is white.
HARDLY all Italians are "dark". Most of them appear light skinned with brown hair and eyes. Some are blond with blue eyes, etc. They vary in appearance like anyone else. Sicilians are generally darker but there are still many light skinned, light haired people among them. Italians are best known for their swarthy exotic look in the USA due to Sicilian influence in American culture - Spanish and Portugese immigrants are not too common in North America. And remember - Italians are CAUCASIANS. Distant moorish blood does not alter this. If every country in Europe with olive skinned people in it were considered non-white, half the continent would be non-white.
