Answer 1
It depends on who you ask and how you define "saved".
From the Jewish perspective, the first question would be "saved from what?" Many Jews believe the continued existence of the Jewish people to be a Divine Miracle, so perhaps that is the "saving;" i.e. "preserving" that is going on. If the "saving" refers to acts of Divine Grace and Mercy to allow the departed to ascend to heaven or equivalent, Jews do not presume to know Divine Will in this regard. Contrary to other religions, Judaism does not tell its followers that they will necessarily receive God's Mercy or that it is even likely. Conversely, Jews also had no presumptions as to whether non-Jews will or will not receive God's mercy.
From the dominant Christian perspective, Jews are not saved and are destined for eternal damnation. The New Testament is very clear in this regard, because it says that all salvation comes through Christ. Since Jews actively choose to not follow Christ or accept the Sacrifice Upon the Cross as an expiation for their sins and brokenness (as people), they cannot be saved (in the Christian view). Conversely, there are perspectives that say the Old Testament's continued mention of the Jews' salvation means that they will be saved regardless of their non-acceptance of the Sacrifice on the Cross. From the Islamic perspective, it is more nuanced. Salvation is seen as entrance to Jenna or Paradise and a positive decision on the Day of Judgment. Jews who existed prior to Jesus are allowed a place in Jenna, but are only allowed to exist at the lowest levels of heaven. This is because they were following the message of all of the Islamic Prophets that had appeared to them. However, all Jews who rejected the message of Jesus, who appeared to the Jews, and the message of Muhammad are destined for eternal hellfire in the Islamic view. Only by accepting these messengers, i.e. becoming Muslim, could they achieve salvation.
Jewish answer:
The question asks "Are Jews saved," not "what do other religions say on this topic." Jews have no concern whatsoever about what Christianity, its Testament, Islam, etc., say concerning this. We have the Torah, given to us by God, and that is all we need.
Note also that the English word "saved" rings strangely upon Jewish ears. We don't normally use that English word in this context, since it has acquired foreign connotations.
"Saved" is a Christian concept. It's like asking how much orange juice is in apples.
