Any type of person can be and are a vegetarian around the world.
People's bodies are different in general regardless of their diet. Some vegetarians are thinner than most, but for the most part, each person's body type is unique to them and not particularly their diet.
China. India has a high percentage of lacto vegetarians.
Most vegetarians are underweight...... From my point of view. It really depends on where your from
Because they are referring to the person's diet. Many vegetarians call people who eat meat non-vegetarians while they usually call themselves omnivorous.
Most Americans do not think that they can get proper nourishment as vegetarians. The people that are interested in vegetarianism often find how difficult it is to find vegetables that are high in the required proteins that are found in animal meat, and opt out.
Vegetarians need the same things that other people need.
It is quite possible to survive on a diet where you eat no meet at all. People who do this are called vegetarians (or vegans) and they live quite normally. Indeed most Hindus in India are vegetarians and they are a healthy vibrant people.
What you eat has nothing to do with what profession you become. If you meant vegetarian, yes, you can change your eating habits anytime you choose. Most people are not raised as vegetarians unless their parents are vegetarians.
Not necessarily
anyone can be
Most humans are not herbivores because most humans eat both meat and plants. That makes those people omnivores. People that do not eat meat are vegetarians, or herbivores. :)
