My understanding is that baby brown snakes ( in Australia) are born with enough venom to kill a man, the question is if the fangs can penetrate the skin. I would leave them well enough alone.

i am prettty sure that most corbras and brown snakes are venomous and can kill you. but there aare some snakes that are no harm to you but may still be poisoness like death adders although they seem aggressive they actually are not leathal..
