Fast diets generally aren't that healthy for the consumer, as they require a bit of food withholding in order to be effecive. Adding exercise and healthy nutrution is essential to making a diet truly effective.
no, it's actually healthy for you doesn't really taste that good tho, but it can't hurt you to eat a little bit at least
Eat less and move more.

The SECRET is that there are no diets that work. Get your body moving by exercise and forget the diet. When you exercise you will develop cravings for healthy foods. Find some exercise that is not boring, like walking, swimming, running, (even sex!). Join a health club and play racket ball or swim. Get to know the regulars and become one of them.
Of course, a little bit of sense is important....refrain from fast foods and sugar soda. But forget diets. They don't work.

If u get *bit* by what? exactly?
The safest diet that don't have effect on your body is to lose 1 kg or 2 pounds of your weight every week. one that involves drinking water, begin or increase exercise, cutting meals in half, as well as booting out or at least backing off a bit of all carbohydrates (breads, fries, rice) as well as junk food and fast food. One were you dont starve yourself, just eat as healthy as you can! A treat is sometimes a good reward to yourself! - - - Cement2- - -

No, alpacas are herd animals and must be kept with at least one other alpaca, preferably at least two other alpacas, in order to be healthy & happy. If kept alone, they can develop behavior problems and go a bit crazy.

In general, a healthy diet is one that includes lots of vegetables and fruits (such as spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, apples, bananas, berries, broccoli, to name just a few), whole grains (such as whole-wheat bread), lean meats, and a bit of healthy fats such as olive oil. A healthy diet would also minimize junk food, refined grains, soda, and fast food.

Fat-free foods have less fat. Trouble is what you mean by "regular" food. Much common food( like basically all fastfoods) have too much fat compared to what we need. But we do need some fats in our diets to remain healthy. "Regular" food as in home cooking with a bit of consideration will not be fat-free, but can be a healthy balance.
