Are headache back ache cramping and side of breast pain all pregnancy signs?

I would not jump to conclusion and say that you were pregnant. Back pain is caused because of the extra weight of a significantly developed baby putting extra stress on those muscles while standing or sitting. Im assuming this is first trimester(if you are pregnant) and you have not missed a period yet. Light-headed is a typical symptom of pregnancy which can cause a head-ache. One of the most common complaints is breast tenderness(due to glands in the breast preparing for the baby)and morning sickness(nausea with or without vomiting). Im assuming by cramping you mean abdominal cramping which is also a typical symptom. But i do have one question...Why are you asking us and not using a OTC pregnancy urine test?

I think it signs of your period on it's way because it is far too early to experience these kinda pregnancy symptoms you get back ache in later pregnancy not early pregnancy.
I think the symptoms you are having is a period coming cause I get back ache, cramps and my nipples start to hurt.
Last week I got period pains where I couldn't move and I thought I was gonna come on , I also had head aches and also had sore nipples but I didn't come on which has never happened before. I have irregular periods so I don't know If I'm late or early just that sometimes my cycles can go up to 35 days. Its been a week since that and Its been 31 days since my last period I have been having side pains and back ache this morning which I thought I would come on I didn't I just hope I be on later today.

Metallic taste in mouth

feeling pregnant
Implantation bleeding which is a spot of blood

Sometimes girls get confused with signs of there periods and signs of there period on it way. Your mind can sometime trick you and you can make your body think your pregnant when your not so don't stress yourself out about it cause it's nothing to worry about. If your stressing about it it will cause your period to be late then that will make you stress out more and think you are pregnant cause this has happened to most girls. Go see a doctor or go to a clinic if you are worried
