The only difference between LED lights and normal lights is that LED lights are much brighter and are a brighter white than normal lights. Some find the brighter lights better, while others find the lights too bright.

What are the benefits in using LED trailer lights?

LED trailer lights can be better than the normal lights that could be fitted because they are brighter. They will therefore show up better in murky conditions and other vehicles will know where the trailer is.

What is the problem when head lights are on and the tail lights dont work but the brake lights work?

If the headlights are on and brake lights work but not the tail lights, it is possible there is a short in the electrical wires. Another cause for this could be that the tail light bulbs are burned out. Most vehicles have more than one bulb inside the tail lights to control different lights at the same time.

On a 91 Camry should the brake lights come on as tail lights when you turn on lights or remain out until brakes are applied even if lights are turned on?

In the back should be tail lights which always come on when the headlights or parking lights are on, and stoplights which come on whenever the brakes are pressed. The stoplights should be brighter than the tail lights, but they should be separate.

Do normal lights use more electricity than black lights?

yes

Why don't the tail lights work if the brake lights do?

Tail lights are usually on the same fuse with interior lights and dash lights. That is so you will know when the fuse is blown. Brake lights are usually on a different circuit. If a fuse is blown, try to figure out the cause rather than just replacing the fuse.
