That would very much depend on what's in them, what you eat to them, and how much of them you eat.
There'd be no trouble composing a healthy meal based on meatballs made from fairly lean meat, maybe a tomato sauce and some pasta. But even that would be "bad" if you had several, or a really huge serving.
Likewise you could make some meatballs out of fatty meat, fry them in loads of cooking grease and serve them in a buttery sauce together with maybe macaroni and cheese. In which case even a small serving would be ridiculously hig in calories, cholesterol and other "bad" things.
yes
No because we need protein.
Because they taste good.
Feelin' Good - 2007 Meatballs and Vegetable Soup 1-6 was released on: USA: 2012
A good appetizer recipe for meatballs is sweet and sour meatballs. The recipe is: For sauce, in a large skillet stir together cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce. Cook over medium heat until cranberry sauce is melted, stirring occasionally.Add meatballs to sauce. Cook, uncovered, for about 10 minutes or until meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately or keep meatballs warm in a slow cooker on low setting to serve. Makes 16 servings.

A plus. Meatballs is rated PG.
The limit is 3-5 days on cooked food. The safest way to do it is to date with a label all the things you cook three to five days from when you first prepared it. If the date is expired throw it out. Also, if it has been sitting out for a long time without heat under it, throw it out.
A critic I trust said it was, but I haven't seen it yet.
