people who are only 1/4 white but the rest of them is black are consitered black. It's that simple, they are not biracial or multiracial. Biracial people are people that are 50/50 in blood and multiracial people have more then 3 races in them. So if a biracial(black/white) has children with a white person it's either that kid is consitered white or biracial but if that biracial person has children with a black person, those children are black. Once you have 75% or more black blood in you you are black.
For example Barack Obama daughters are in this category, those children are black girls with 25% white blood in them, and grow up as black women, which they are. So unless that biracial person marrys someone of another race, that's when the kids will be called multiracial.
But also take into consideration that almost all blacks in the U.S. with slave ancestry have some white blood in them.
Because biracial (both black & white) men in America for the most part are treated for the most part as black men because majority of the time they look black so their are judged as black men. So when a Biracial (black/white) man is with a white woman, they are not seeing a biracial man with a white women, but a black man with a white women, so people label them as an interracial couple. On the other hand, when they are with a black woman, nobody sees the difference, since both are judged as black; they are considered a black couple, not an interracial couple.
NO. She is Biracial (black & white) she was adopted by a Portuguese family.
Biracial means having two races, i.e. white and black. Multiracial means having multiple races, i.e. 1/4 black, 1/4 white, and 1/2 latino.
The actor, Cameron Boyce is white and black. His dad is black and his mom is white. So Cameron is biracial.
ten percent
I believe the singer Rhianna is. Her mother is black and father is biracial.
You mean mixed, as in biracial? If so, yes. His mother is white and his father is black.
A biracial child is neither black nor white. They are both.
Racially she consiter herself mixed. her mother is white and her father is biracial(venezuelan- black/white). So she is 75% white and 25% black, that's why she looks white and at times is consitered white. So some call her white and some call her mixed
His mother is white and his father is black. That makes him biracial. Just because the racist media keeps calling him our 'first black president' does not mean they are correct. He is half white. The only people who have issues with this are racist black people who try to claim him as fully black. They know they are wrong.
well countries in north Africa embrace that since most of them are Arab and Arab people consiter light skinned people that look white beautiful but in other regions no. In countries in west, east, and south Africa it's the reverse, even though their are black people that are light skinned, brown, and dark in those regions; brown or dark skinned people are little bit embraced more. That is not to say that light skinned people are consitered ugly there, they are also consitered beautiful but there is no hierachy of beauty in Africa when it comes to skin color(most African movies have mostly dark skinned people as the main characters) like it is in countries like the middle east, India, America. So to answer your question, light skinned black people or biracial africans are consiter attractive/beautiful but they are not the standard of beauty in countries in west Africa, east Africa, and parts of south Africa.
i believe is biracial but I'm just guessing
